We currently ship within Australia.

Order processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends, public holidays and peak promotional periods. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive tracking details where available.

Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on eligible orders over $50, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather events, peak periods and other factors outside our control.

Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delays
If your order is delayed, we recommend checking the tracking information first. If you need help, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Lost, damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, appears to be lost in transit, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos so we can assist.

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at the time of purchase.
